Who we are
Steve Earl is a vastly experienced strategy, reputation and communications specialist who has built and led agencies, and advised businesses and leaders in high-growth and high-stakes environments. He has founded and grown businesses, run international agencies, led mergers and acquisitions, modernised team practices, managed crises and counselled leaders in pressured change environments.
He can be seconded into communications teams or agencies, and deliver standalone projects. Steve both provides advice and delivers on it - creating communications strategies, content and driving engagement across media channels, and helping consultancies to change and improve how they deliver for clients. He has worked for major global companies, scale-ups and local market leaders in the UK and around the world, supporting clients including Hitachi, IBM, McDonald’s, BT, MSD, Lenovo, Novartis, Microsoft, Toshiba, Symantec, Verifone and Virgin Media. He has also co-written two books on reputation risk and opportunity, both published by Bloomsbury.
Steve works with a trusted group of senior experts in reputation insights, strategic planning, content optimisation and risk analysis to deliver assignments for clients at better value points than conventional agencies.
